Enquiries
If you submit the enquiry form, we store your chosen contact detail, enquiry, optional name and destination, consent timestamp, brand and page reference in a restricted Cloudflare D1 database. This allows the team to receive and follow up on your request. We do not publish your enquiry.
The site assistant
Your question and recent messages are sent to the server and the configured AI provider to generate an answer. The website does not permanently store chat messages. The conversation stays in this page’s memory and clears when you reload. If you choose to transfer a handover to the form, it is held briefly in this tab’s session storage and removed when the form reads it. Do not provide passwords, payment details or unnecessary buyer data. Provider processing is subject to the provider’s applicable terms.
Direct contact
WhatsApp is provided by Meta and its privacy practices apply. The enquiry form sends a notification through our domain email arrangement to the team’s receiving inbox. Copying a summary does not send it automatically.
Technical data and cookies
Cloudflare may process request and network information to deliver and protect the site. Limited hashed network identifiers and counters may be stored temporarily for abuse prevention. We do not add advertising cookies or public analytics containing enquiry details.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry records are retained for up to 180 days unless an ongoing service or legal requirement justifies longer retention. Rate counters are removed after expiry. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to discuss your information. We use the information to answer enquiries and provide requested services, not to subscribe you to marketing.
