The website describes available service categories. Product acceptance, supplier terms, minimums, charges, responsibilities and timelines need confirmation in your specific written arrangement. Online descriptions and AI replies are not binding quotations.
Your shop and products
You are responsible for product rights, listing eligibility, truthful dispatch information and any production-partner disclosure required by Etsy. We are independent of Etsy, Inc. Our prep service is not an official Etsy certification.
Transport and returns
Carrier acceptance, customs responsibilities, taxes, estimated delivery and claims procedures vary by route and agreed service. Local destination-country returns addresses are not assumed. Confirm a return destination and handling approval before a buyer sends goods.
Integrations and communication
API availability and platform permissions require review. Do not share account credentials in the public assistant or enquiry form. Instructions, approvals and changes should be agreed with the team.
